BLA Premium Old Town is a recently renovated and charming apartment that is part of the prestigious Best Location Apartments network. Specializing in offering high-quality accommodations in prime locations, we are proud to present this apartment situated in the heart of Alicante's historic center, in the Casco Antiguo.

BLA Premium Old Town is ideal for a comfortable stay for 1 to 4 people. Located on the second floor (accessible via an elevator exclusively for BLA guests), the apartment features a spacious and modern living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances, such as a coffee maker, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, juicer, toaster, pots, cutlery, and dishes. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. The living room boasts a charming mini balcony with views of the beautiful Plaza Virgen del Remedio.

The apartment also offers a spacious and bright bedroom, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower. To create a tranquil atmosphere and maintain the perfect temperature year-round, the apartment is equipped with a climate control system and brand-new windows. Additionally, shutters, blinds, and mosquito screens have been installed. For optimal comfort and air circulation, the apartment includes modern, silent ceiling fans.

At BLA Premium Old Town, you can enjoy modern amenities such as fast, free, and easy wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) and a stylish LED Smart TV. This allows you to browse the web, play media from your devices, and stream content from platforms like Netflix. In the bedroom, you’ll find an I-BOX DAWN clock radio with a Bluetooth speaker, letting you wirelessly enjoy your favorite Spotify or Apple Music playlists. The I-BOX DAWN also includes a built-in Qi wireless charging pad, compatible with all Qi-enabled phones, ensuring your devices are conveniently charged right by your bedside.

Guests’ feedback

It is great that guests have beach chairs and beach towels at their disposal in the apartment. The chairs are very lightweight and can be folded to put into a bag for easy carrying to a nearby beach, only 4-5 minutes away. A beach umbrella was also available in the apartment, but we did not use it.

The location of BLA Premium Old Town in the heart of Alicante is perfect to enjoy all the food delights of the city at any time of the day. We were only 1 min away from Plaza Santizma Faz with plenty of restaurants where you can taste the excellent and famous paella.

BLA Premium Old Town is located in the heart of Alicante's historic centre - Casco Antiguo (120 m from the historic City Hall) and near the wide, sandy Postiguet beach (250 m), the charming Marina (300 m), the beautiful Explanada de España promenade (220 m), the monumental Santa Bárbara Castle (500 m from the Castle elevator) and on the outskirts of Alicante's oldest neighbourhood – Santa Cruz (120 m). All of this guarantees plenty of opportunities to spend time in BLA Premium Old Town. The most beautiful monuments, prestigious restaurants, fashionable clubs, and famous museums are just a few of the various attractions of Alicante available literally at your fingertips from our apartment. At the same time, despite its central location, the apartment is located on the quiet Virgen Del Remedio square, ensuring peace and relaxation.

From the airport
12,8 km >>> approx. 20-25 min

Three options are available to get from the airport to BLA Premium Old Town:

1) public transport - C6 bus, leaving from the airport every 20 minutes. The journey takes about 25 minutes. The stop to get off is stop No.6 - Puerta del Mar. Single ticket is €3.85. However, we recommend buying a BONO Card from the driver. The cost of the card itself is €2. The card must be topped up by the driver with €12, which is enough for 10 trips between the Airport and Alicante or Alicante and the Airport.

  • Does the apartment have its own parking lot?

    Due to the location of the apartment in the centre, the apartment does not have its own parking lot. On the other hand, you will find an underground, five-story guarded parking lot 24 hours a day not far from the apartment. There is also a small municipal car park at the beach.

  • Is the apartment cleaned during the stay?

    You will receive a perfectly cleaned apartment on the first day. Our apartments are not cleaned during the stay. Our guests have full privacy.

  • Are there grocery stores near the apartment?

    Yes, all our apartments are located in the city center, which means you'll find grocery stores nearby to stock up on everything you need.

  • Can I watch Netflix on the apartment TV?

    Yes, our apartments are equipped with SMART TVs that allow you to access streaming services like Netflix.

  • Are there bike rentals in Alicante?

    Yes, in Alicante, you will find both traditional and electric bike rental services. Maps and recommendations of already tried and tested routes for cycling are often offered. The BLA team strongly recommends this form of tourism.
