We are well aware that the satisfaction of our guests with their stay determines the comfort of their rest, which also includes the quality of sleep. Therefore, the most important items of our apartment's interior design are extremely comfortable continental beds.

In order to improve the well-being of our guests, we make sure that the temperature in all rooms is comfortable while keeping the air conditioner running quietly and unnoticeably. Guests can individually set the temperature in the apartment as per their preferences.

In order to maintain high comfort and keep the air fresh, all our bedrooms also feature modern, quiet ceiling fans, for additional cooling for our guests in the summer, and to support room heating in the winter.

With a 2- or 3-pane window system and special acoustic wall panels our guests can enjoy perfectly soundproofed and silenced rooms.

High-speed, free and easy-to-use wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available for our guests in all rooms of the apartment.

Our guests will find in the living room a large, modern LED TV with Smart TV functions for browsing the Internet, playing files from a smartphone and laptop or watching NETFLIX.

Provided in each bedroom is a radio alarm clock with Bluetooth speaker. The I-BOX DAWN can be used as a Bluetooth speaker for wireless streaming of your favourite music from Spotify or Apple Music directly from a smartphone or tablet.

With I-BOX DAWN, smart devices can be charged close to the bed. The QI wireless charging pad, which is built into the I-BOX DAWN, is compatible with all smartphones that support Qi technology. An additional USB outlet built into the I-BOX DAWN can also be found near each bed.

With the time and comfort of our guests in mind, the apartment also features a modern and quiet washing machine for use by our guests as well as a folding cloths dryer; in some apartments, a high-speed and automatic dryer can also be found.

The kitchen in our apartment is equipped with all the necessary household appliances (large refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, microwave, fruit juicer, toaster) and all necessary kitchen accessories (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery).

Also provided for our guests in the apartment is a state-of-the-art coffee machine, which can be used to prepare many different beverages. In addition to the coffee maker, an electric kettle is available to make a cup of favourite tea.

Our guests can use BLA-beach umbrella and BLA-beach chairs, folded into a bag. Everything is lightweight and in covers with a handle for easy carrying to the nearby Postiguet beach.

Provided for our guests are large BLA beach towels ideal for comfortable sunbathing and feasting on nearby Postiguet beach or after a streetcar ride along the San Juan beach.

To ensure more pleasant evenings in our apartment for both adults and children, we have also prepared a very large set of board and card games as well as puzzles. Instead of another late-night movie marathon, why not have some fun playing together with fellow travellers?

Alicante is an ideal place for sightseeing enthusiasts. Suggestions for interesting tourist attractions can be found on our website and in the BLA binder. True globetrotters will find maps and guidebooks in the apartment to plan a trip around the area on their own.

Our apartment is child-friendly. It features a folding crib for children, a feeding chair (on request), puzzles, board games and "emergency" cuddly toys. 

We know that the journey to our apartment can sometimes be long and tiring, so you can count on our staff to deal with your check-in extremely efficiently, professionally and with a smile on their face.
