It is great that guests have beach chairs and beach towels at their disposal in the apartment. The chairs are very lightweight and can be folded to put into a bag for easy carrying to a nearby beach, only 4-5 minutes away. A beach umbrella was also available in the apartment, but we did not use it.

The location of BLA Premium Old Town in the heart of Alicante is perfect to enjoy all the food delights of the city at any time of the day. We were only 1 min away from Plaza Santizma Faz with plenty of restaurants where you can taste the excellent and famous paella.

The excellent location of the BLA Premium Old Town apartment allowed me to walk the still-empty streets of Santa Cruz every morning and enjoy the amazing views without crowds of tourists. I recommend.

From the windows of the BLA Luxury Santa Maria, you can see the MACA Museum building 50 meters away. I highly recommend visiting this place, to see works by Joan Miro, who became the inspiration for the decor of the apartment. Reproductions of his paintings are throughout the apartment.

The choice of BLA Luxury Santa Maria was a real jackpot. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday stay. It is just 2-3 minutes from the beach, where you can take with you towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella, available in the apartment! Thank you and we miss you already.....

If you want to be right in the centre just a few steps from the Alicante City Hall building, the BLA Luxury apartment is the perfect choice. The apartment's balcony overlooks the nearby city hall. Thank you for the location and the extremely friendly service.
